Puppetmaster: Upgrading Your Automaton
|
Walkthrough[edit]
- Talk to Ghatsad as a Puppetmaster when you have reached levels 10, 20, and 30 and he will offer to build you a new Automaton.
- He will give you a list of three automatons to choose from, once you have decided he will ask for a number of items and payment (see below).
- Trade him the items and payment he asked for and return after one day (Vana'diel time) to receive your new Automaton Head and Frame.
- You may only have one Frame quest active at a time.
- Once you have all three new automatons talk to him again at levels 40 and 50 and he will offer to build you a new head.
- He will give you a list of two heads to choose from, once you have decided he will ask for a White or Black Puppet Turban, one of three magic scrolls and payment (see below).
- Depending on the scroll you trade him you will have to wait two to five days for completion and for each Japanese Midnight that passes you must trade him an Imperial Coffee to keep him going.
Payment[edit]
- Level 10: 3x Imperial Silver Pieces
- Level 20: 3x Imperial Mythril Pieces
- Level 30: 1x Imperial Gold Piece
- Level 40: 2x Imperial Mythril Pieces
- Level 50: 4x Imperial Mythril Pieces
- For your Automaton received at levels 10, 20 and 30, you must trade the payment after you trade the items. For the Soulsoother Head and the Spiritreaver Head at levels 40 and 50, you must trade the payment with the items.
