- Grants you the effect of Arise when you are KO'd.
- Weakness only lasts 3 minutes (instead of the usual 5) when revived by Reraise IV. Unlike regular Arise, it does not give Reraise III after getting up.
- The character raised with Reraise IV is healed to 100% of their (weakened) max HP instead of the 50% from Raise III, potentially allowing for revival and a safe retreat in areas with nearby "blood" aggro.
- EXP loss is the same as Raise III, 90% of lost EXP is recovered.
