Bar Spell
Notes on Bar Spells[edit]
- Casting a Bar Spell based on the elements (i.e. Barfire) will increase the chance of reducing damage done by the element.
- Casting a Bar Spell based on a status effect (i.e. Barpoison) will reduce how long it sticks and the effects that inflict that status effect.
- Potency of all bar spells is wholly affected by Enhancing Magic skill.
Enhancements[edit]
- Bar Spell +2 potency and +2 Magic Defense Bonus per WHM Merit Points upgrade. Magic Defense Bonus only applies to magical attacks of the Barspell's element.
- Cleric's Pantaloons and Cleric's Pantaloons +1 enhance spells based on the elements by +20/+22 respectively.
- Blessed Briault adds +5 Magic Defense Bonus to magical attacks of the Barspell's element.
- Afflatus Solace adds +5 Magic Defense Bonus to magical attacks of the Barspell's element.
- Beneficus adds +5 Magic Defense Bonus to magical attacks of the Barspell's element.
