Talk:Tornado Kick

At 296 (or 297) H2H skill I didn't have Tornado Kick, but at 303 (Faith Torque) I did. This is at lvl 76. User:Ikonic/Sig 06:41, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

So then we can probably assume it's skill 300. With 8/8 h2h merits 76(monk) caps at 297, so without Faith Torque the earliest a monk can get it is 77. Without merits it is 80 unless the skill curve changes? --Willhem 19:16, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

Confirmed that it is 300 skill, which can be obtained at 77(monk) with 8/8 H2H merits --Willhem 11:32, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

PUP won't get this if the cap is 300- Can only reach that with items at the moment. Tahngarthortalk-contribs 20:36, June 23, 2010 (UTC)

Someone found just before me : Skillchain

300 Tornado Kick Induration Impaction Detonation

With my npc with great katana i observed this :

  • Enpi > Tornado Kick = detonation
  • Hobaku > Tornado Kick = impaction
  • Goten > Tornado Kick = detonation
  • Kagero > Tornado Kick = fusion
  • Jinpu > Tornado Kick = detonation
  • Koki > Tornado Kick = induration
  • Yukikaze > Tornado Kick = impaction
  • Gekko > Tornado Kick = induration

Wich confirms the three properties (Induration/Impaction/Detonation). Amaralka 23:36, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

it same more str then vit mod , cause with genbu helm i do about 800~900 , but with str helm +5 str i do 1k+ but need more test

"Tornado Kick will primarily be affected by equipment that increases Kick Attacks damage such as Kung Fu Shoes under the effect of Footwork. Will secondarily be affected by STR and VIT.Verification Needed." while this follows the tradition of calling attribute mods WSC or "secondary" mods, it's pretty redundant. the primary/secondary stuff is unnecessary; should just read that wearing +DMG kick shoes adds that +DMG to tornado kick; eg dune boots add 30 base damage. --Bowser 18:24, July 2, 2010 (UTC)
