Bloody bolts[edit]

I noticed something funny about this NM, went with a shout group, setup was NIN BRD WHM THF (me), while trying to land Bloody Bolts (with +22 RACC, +11 AGI, and eating Ikra Gunkan +1 was pretty easy) Bloody bolt effect never landed IF I didn't face the NM, Bloody bolts didn't proc from behind.

Did it with a RNG today, we lost, but he was able to land Bloody bolts without problem.

Offtopic, but I think the hate system is screwed with this NM.--Moosehp 23:27, 10 August 2007 (CDT)

You don't need to be above 3-5 to receive this item.[edit]

I'm on 3-5 now and I got the key item.

Yes, this is correct, you can trade the Florid Stone to Ghebi Damomohe immediately after you trade her the chip. Proved: Davey 23:55, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

Testimonials[edit]

  • I just popped in solo as PUP/DNC. Got pwned quickly. NM seems to have an Endrain on melee hits, but not 100% of the time. Casts Drain also. Hits a 40 PUP/DNC in AF1 gear for 63-107. Cure III from Automaton can't keep up. I really missed my Cure Vs :(
  • 2 NIN's along with 1 or 2 WHM's can win reasonably reliably.
  • RDM, WHM, MNK, DRK - Got it to about 70% life. I'd say it may be immune to Silence.
  • 2x NIN WHM RDM easily cleared, passing hate - Paralyze, Dia and Blind are recommended.
  • 2x SMN can duo it with Ether and Drinks Though extremely difficult.
  • Kited as PLD/NIN and RNG, It Did Warp Around, but only once every 30~ Seconds or more, And when it Warped it had a Delay of about 2~ seconds where it didnt attack or move, making it very easy to run out of Range once again, So it is possible to Kite this mob, Infact very easily around the doors (Where you enter, left door and right door, just kite between those and the mob will take its time running to the center of the room before going back through the doors)
  • 2 Drk/blu 1 Drk/war 1 Whm/blm 1 Blm/rdm and 1 Nin/war did this easily, whm ran out of mp at the very end but no one was in red or yellow. We did this immediately after the 3-5 CoP fight. Immolatus 19:11, 19 March 2009 (UTC)
