Talk:Come Into My Parlor

Someone should add that the title of the BCNM, "Come into My Parlor", is a reference to a song by the Cure called "Lullaby."

The song is about a nightmare in which the singer is haunted by a giant spider and eventually eaten. The related lyric goes, "'come into my parlor,' said the spider to the fly, 'for I have a little something here.'"

I know this because the Cure is my favorite band!

I love the Cure dearly, but I'm afraid Robert Smith doesn't often use original material for his lyrics. This is a oft-used line that dates well before the album Disintegration was released. It's from an old nursery rhyme, but I can't find a good attribution for it. --Tsakiki 14:31, 8 February 2007 (EST)

Oh I see. Thanks for letting me know!

  • We tried sleepga + a double ga III from a 73 and 75 BLM on the Sons, hoping it would one-shot them all - however it only took their HP down by 1/2ish (and resulted in a lot of angry little spiders and two dead BLMs). Our WHM/BLM was able to land sleepga though fairly easily, and it lasted for a decently long while, allowing us to finish off the Sons one by one.

Groupings[edit]

Groups are: 1 Earring, 1 Crafting Item, 1 Belt, 2 of Remaining Items Did this and got no crafting item. So groupings are 0 to 1 belt, 1-2 earrings, 0-1 craft item, 1-3 remaining items

0 to 1 belt and 1-2 earrings tells me its more likely that there are two groupings that can each drop some of the earrings and some of the belts. --Jawat 22:49, 16 May 2009 (UTC).
