Game Description: Lowers chance of being detected by enemies.
Job Traits are always active.
Further Notes:
The conditions of how this ability kicks in seems to be random. Although you do have a chance to avoid detection, it's recommended to rely on this as a last resort as there is still a good chance the enemy will aggro you if they can.
There is also evidence that Stealth lowers the range at which some enemies agro.
