Gifts of the Griffon	Mission: Cait Sith Quest: Boy and the Beast

Walkthrough[edit]

Note: You must wait until the next Vana'diel day after completing Gifts of the Griffon to continue.

Talk to Rholont at (E-7) to trigger a cut scene.
After receiving the cutscene, zone out of the area and then go back to Rholont. He will inform you that the operation has been moved forward.
Zone into Jugner Forest (S) via East Ronfaure (S) to trigger a cut scene (can be done while on a Chocobo.) Zoning into Jugner Forest (S) by other routes will not trigger cut scene.
The survival guide right at the East Ronfaure (S) zone line is the fastest option.

Head to (I-6) and touch the ??? (on a tree stump) to initiate a cutscene.
After the cutscene prepare yourself for battle and touch the ??? again to spawn Fingerfilcher Dradzad. You do not need to complete this fight more than once if there are multiple people in your party.
After defeating Fingerfilcher Dradzad, check the ??? again to complete the quest and receive your reward.
