Please relocate this page to "Handbell" as the name of the skill itself is "Handbell Skill" and not "handbells", you only need to check the items under this category or even the magic skill section in game as proof. This page is actually for handbell items, not the handbell magic skill.

You can see similar situations with bard instruments: Wind Instruments / Wind Instrument Skill, String Instruments / String Instrument Skill.
