Plural[edit]

I know it sounds awkward, but "acuexes" is the official plural, confirmed by the official Seekers of Adoulin website.--Blue Donkey Kong (talk) 20:50, April 7, 2013 (UTC)

Resilience Comparisons[edit]

In terms of physical resistance, these are comparable to slimes or elementals. In terms of fire weakness, they are comparable to umbrils, but they have higher magic defense. In terms of HP, they have slightly more than umbrils of an equal level.

I based these observations on my experiences fighting Putrid Acuexes and Bloodmoon Umbrils.--Blue Donkey Kong (talk) 22:50, August 4, 2013 (UTC)

They are NOT weak to fire. --Tarage (talk) 23:52, August 17, 2013 (UTC)

I was hitting Putrid Acuexes for 5000~6000 with Meteor Strike (granted, I have that fully merited), but both Thunderstorm and Heavenly Strike didn't break 2.5K, even after Mana Cede, storing TP, and regaining.

Weaknesses can be easily determined with Ninjutsu, so I'll bring my NIN out to test them soon.--Blue Donkey Kong (talk) 04:02, August 18, 2013 (UTC)

Tested with Ninjutsu; cast the wheel in reverse order. I have a single merit in each San spell, and I have a single merit in every spell's potency EXCEPT Katon, meaning my Katon is the weakest. The fire weakness is as glaringly obvious as it was when I was SMN:

As SMN, fire deals approximately triple the damage as ice; as NIN, approximately quadruple the damage of ice. --Blue Donkey Kong (talk) 05:42, August 18, 2013 (UTC)

I just realized I put the result for Hyoton twice and left out my Huton result... I believe Huton was 31 though.--Blue Donkey Kong (talk) 18:25, September 29, 2013 (UTC)
