During the enchanment, all normal attack damage is treated as unresistible magic damage, bypassing Physical Shield and Invincible. Some targets with complete immunity to magic damage take 0 damage (seems to ignore some Magic Shield and magic absorb statuses). Prior to the March 27, 2013 version update, this scythe dealt non-elemental magic damage at all times. It now deals physical slashing damage unless the enchantment is activated. If you obtained your Twilight Scythe before March 27, 2013, you can receive the ability to enchant it by storing it with a Porter Moogle using Storage Slip 03 and then withdrawing it.
