Game Description: Adds a Dispel effect to Steal. Occasionally absorbs dispelled effect.
Job Traits are always active.
Each point will increase the absorb rate by 20% up to 100% at max merit (5/5).
Steal takes priority over Aura Steal. If an item is stolen, this trait will have no effect.
Aura Steal will never activate unless Steal misses, meaning you do not have to avoid spending merits into this trait in fear of losing out on stealing items (such as the Buccaneer's Knife from Brigandish Blade).
The dispel effect can miss, although its accuracy is very high.
If an effect is stolen, you will also gain that effect's remaining duration. (Example: If a monster casts protect, and it is stolen 10 minutes later, you will gain the effect for the remaining 20 minutes.)
