• Complete the next round of Nation quests:
  • Bastok: The Truth Lies Hid, Bonds of Mythril, or
  • San d'Oria: Chasing Shadows, Face of the Future, or
  • Windurst: Manifest Destiny, At Journey's End
• Head to Southern San d'Oria (S) and examine the Lion Springs Tavern door for a cutscene.
