Summons Odin to fight by your side.

Description

Spell cost: 0 MP
Spell element: Darkness
Magic skill: Summoning Magic
Jobs: Summoner Level 75

Notes

  • Requires Astral Flow to be active before you may summon Odin.
  • Summoning Odin targets an enemy, not the summoner; he functions much like offensive magic.
  • When summoned, Odin will automatically use Zantetsuken, targeting the mob he was summoned on. After the attack finishes, he will linger shortly and dismiss himself.
  • Damage to NMs appears to be capped at a % of their current HP. Actual damage still depends on current MP at time of summon.
  • Some NMs may easily resist the damage. See talk page for discussion.
  • Astral Flow will be canceled once Odin is dismissed.
  • Astral Flow will NOT be canceled if Odin is slept after summoning but before using Zantetsuken.
  • Astral Flow will NOT be canceled if the mob is killed before Odin can use Zantetsuken.
  • Astral Flow will NOT be canceled if the monster targeted moves out of range for attack. He will dismiss himself normally however.

- Should any of the above reasons apply to an unused Zantetsuken, Odin may be resummoned. His recast is one minute (no Fast Cast).

When Summoned, Odin performs Zantetsuken on the target and disappears:

1 S/T column indicates whether a particular Blood Pact participates in Skillchains (S) or uses TP (T). Blood Pacts that use TP can be used as[] a Magic Burst; however, Astral Flow can also Magic Burst even though it does not actually consume TP.
