*This can be both one of the most annoying, and one of the most beneficial meritable job ablilities. Killer Instinct gives a bonus to party members (including yourself) the killer trait of your current pet. Granted, if your pet has nothing to do with the monster you are currently fighting, you will not see any results aside from a cool animation. However, if you were fighting a mushroom in the Boyahda Tree for example, and you had a spider pet, using Killer Instinct will work greatly to your advantage. I've experimented around with this ability for a while, and using the same situation as above, the mushroom was intimidated 17 times in a row with it on. This is AoE, and grants what seems to be about a 10% increase to the killer trait to all party members in range.
