- Lottery Spawn from the Black Mage Ghasts around D-7 to D-8 on the first map.
- If you are using Widescan, there is a group of 4 Ghasts followed by an Ooze and then another group of 3 Ghasts. One group will have an extra Ghast. The PH is the bottom Ghast of whichever group has the extra member.
- If you are not using Widescan, there are 3 Black Mage Ghast in Namtar's room. 2 will be on one side and 1 will be on the other (East/West). Kill whichever side has the extra.
- Killable by: 6 characters level 36; solo at level 52; easily solo with Beastmaster lv40 using the Royal Leeches at F-7 (see testimonials)

Historical Background[edit]
In Mesopotamian mythology, the god of disease and pestilence. He was a minor god of the Underworld (Irkalla, Kigal). He would also act as a messenger and chief minister for Ereshkigal, the queen of the Underworld and Nergal, the king of the Underworld. Namtar has the variant spellings Namtaru, Namtara. A modern incarnation of Namtar can be found manifested in Zaon's mom.
